I’ve checked the tracking and it looks as though it’s passed through customs and is now with your local postal service for delivery. The standard international service is a 5-7 working day service so this is approaching the end of that timescale. If it doesn’t arrive soon I’ll get you sorted with either a replacement or a refund.
